This machine has been fully tested to power on/chime, show video on monitor, all ports are fully functional, all buttons still working. This will have scuff marks around the case. This item has added parts which include a USB card to add more USB ports, the cpu was upgraded to the later models which this originally did not have, and it also has a PCI Modem installed. It has also been installed with 1.5GB of memory. You will only receive the desktop and a power cord.
