If you’re looking to be prepared for all cardiac situations, which can affect anyone no matter what their age or gender, then having an FRx Child/Infant Key enables the Philips FRx defibrillator to be used on children aged 1 to 8 years old. Once the key is inserted, the defibrillator recognises the patient is a child and adjusts the joule output to a safe and suitable level for their heart.
