FTZ 600 MICRO-SPRINT EXHAUST SYSTEM- Ceramic Coated …providing the best 600 micro power curve again -for over 25 years now!  We make these for Stock & Modified Suzuki Gsxr600, all Yamaha R6 old & new, Kawasaki 636 old & new, and Honda 600RR powered micro-sprints, with carburetors or injected. It took us weeks in the dyno room to come up with this our newest and best exhaust design- that makes more power both off the turn and at the end of the straights! As with all our exhausts, our 600 header and muffler completely hand built in-house for better quality control and delivery. FTZ Step-Header 4-2-1 600 Exhaust Complete  Step-header type primary tubes with hand-built, hand-hammered merge collector, lightweight Stainless clad Muffler, springs and exhaust gaskets…. Ceramic coated is recommended for best power- it has a refractory effect that keeps the heat and wave energy higher than bare steel or stainless.. Coated exhaust is shown in photo above. This tough shiny finish looks great and won’t burn off ! all exhausts now have O2 SENSOR BUNG INSTALLED and comes with a stainless steel plug for the hole for if an O2 sensor is not used…. PLEASE! SPECIFY WHAT BRAND AND YEAR MOTOR YOU HAVE!
